Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products (digital audio files), the following terms apply:

1. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered online (streaming/download), provided that the customer has given explicit consent prior to purchase and acknowledged that they waive their right of withdrawal once delivery begins. By completing your order, you confirm that you agree to these terms.

2. Exceptions — Refunds A refund will be considered only in the following cases:

• If the digital file is demonstrably defective (e.g., a corrupted file that cannot be opened) and we are unable to provide a working copy.
• If a duplicate charge occurred due to a system error for the exact same product.

3. Technical Issues If you experience any issue downloading your music, please contact us at ioannoumusic.store@gmail.com within 48 hours of purchase and we will send you an alternative download link immediately.

4. Order Cancellation You may cancel your order before it is fulfilled (before the download link is sent). To exercise your right of cancellation, use the link on your customer account page or contact us at ioannoumusic.store@gmail.com.
